We do the calling with all the US telemarketing laws and we are registered with dncsolution and scrub all our calling data with national and state DNC list to avoid any DNC number.
Let me explain the whole Process that we are currently following with my client who is more than satisfied.

1. We call with 100-120 telemarketing agents for 8 hours on daily basis. Average production of these guys is about 3-4 leads per day. Mostly we call Morning or evening getting more contacts as people are free to talk.
2. For each call made we maintain a log (Voice Recording) ,which has the results of call stored along with agent name, time of call, etc
3. When after screening ,a customer interested is found ,agents collect all the information and enter into our database (the client's loan officer has access to this database integrated website and can view the details immediately). After entering the data, customers is asked to be on hold while agent takes Your specialist in conference and then LO and customer carry on and agent drops from the conference session.
4. At end of shift, all the call activity log is sent to client in the form of excel report (or as per the client requirement).Also the Leads generated are already there in database , but for additional proof we send the Leads information also to client. We upload all the voice recordings to a ftp site ,for which the client has been given access.
   
   On weekly basis we send the complete history of campaign which includes all the leads, all the complete data (which cannot be called again i.e. not interested, wrong numbers, foreign Lang etc) along with the invoice for that week.
   
   The client is able to remotely barge the calls or train and update our agents if he wish. Means in short we are providing our client complete access to operations, only difference is that we are located at remote location.
   
   Our trust is build because we give a transparent picture to client, he knows that how we are working and what kind of quality are we maintaining.
   
   We have been doing this business for past 7 years with this different client and results have been amazing till now.
